Mitzi is an older Yorkshire Terrier bitch who arrived after her owner died.
Mitzi’s owner had been terminally ill and as a result Mitzi had been a bit neglected, she had fleas and a lot of rotten teeth. She has since had 9 teeth removed surgically but the vets noted that she had already lost another 9 due to poor dental hygiene. Mitzi’s hair is very thin as a result of the fleas so she looks a bit untidy just now, we’re sure it’ll grow back in time.
Mitzi lived in a single person household but enjoyed visits from the grandchildren on occasion. Mitzi is fine with dog friendly cats and dogs.
Mitzi was rehomed by PADS but was returned after a few days due the existing dog becoming jealous, the adopters reported that Mitzi was a pleasure to have at home and say that she’ll make someone a wonderful companion.
