Lori, 1yo GSD x

About Lori.

Lori was rehomed by PADS earlier this year and due to family illness has had to be returned, having initially been found dumped on an rural road in the Ochil hills we’re now at least know a bit about her.

Lori is very distressed in the kennels and does not like to be left alone, she gets quite distressed being left at home too. After having a few accidents in her home the first few days she quickly got the hang of things but would still pee if she was left for any more time that down to the shop for the paper.

She likes the car, lead manners are still a work in progress.

What kind of home do we need for Lori?

An experienced dog owner would be great, German Shepherd’s are not for a first time dog owner (perhaps this is why she was abandoned in the first place) and she will need someone with experience of training dogs to help guide her. Her own private and secure garden would be wonderful but not imperative. Walks in a busy town park might just be a bit overwhelming for her at this time.

As she was a stray dog we will not rehome her to families with children under 12 years of age.
