Nico arrived from his owner, he was brought in as he found the multi-children house too much so his owners felt he’d be better living in a quieter home with no kids.
Nico is an independent wee guy, who will decide for himself if he’s to be petted and will not rush to strangers for affection. He’s unpredictable around other dogs and so his owner feels being a solo dog would suit him best. He’s lived with a cat but of course any new cat is a different thing!
He’s clean in his kennel here but his owner reports he could dribble a bit when excited. He isn’t used to being left alone and does show signs of separation anxiety so we would prefer someone who could be with him most of the day.
