What we know about Bruno…
Bruno arrived with us after he jumped up at a kid and caught their face, he didn’t break skin nor was it in an aggressive manner but the person felt that he wasn’t right for their busy household. The person had only had him a few weeks after acquiring him from a friend so we don’t know much of his life.
We’ve found him to be wary of strangers initially, particularly men, but he does come around quickly and then is the biggest lap dog you ever did see! He is interested in other dogs but only recently being introduced to larger dogs as he’s got that typical full on HELLO!!! I’M A BULLBREED!! manner and other dogs don’t always like it.
He is almost house-trained, loves his food and belly scratches.
What kind of home are we looking for?
Bruno will need someone strong, with a knowledge of the headfirst bull breed behaviour. He could easily reach 50kg or more and so he’s not for anyone with mobility issues. A garden would really be advantageous as his house-training needs a little bit of help and he’ll need to learn recall and loose lead walking.
Bruno cannot be rehomed with children.
