Mabel is currently on trial.
Mabel has had a bit of a rubbish time having been used for breeding all while her own health was declining. She’s been with us for a number of weeks while we’ve got her weight up a bit and her skin and ears more stable. She will need a specialised diet and we suspect she has allergic skin disease too – after her short stay away her skin is inflamed so we’re trying her on a course of medication to see if it makes an improvement.
She’s friendly with other dogs of her size and loves people, happy to be bathed and examined by the vets. She’s clean in her kennel and enjoys a walk.
As she was a stray, our policy is that all children in the home must be 12 years of age or older.
