Zog arrived as a stray, tied to a fence with his brother, who we’ve called Zig. The boys enjoy each others company but we understand that many adopters could not take on two dogs.
Zog was happily examined by the vet, microchipped and vaccinated, the vet couldn’t give an accurate age so we’ve gone for 6 as a guess. He’s a very sweet boy, loves a cuddle, walks well on the lead, a little more standoffish than Zig, who is the more confident of the two.
Given his body scars we believe Zog has been a hare coursing dog and would likely chase cats and other small animals. As is our policy, because he was a stray, we cannot rehome with children less than 12 years of age.
