Callie came via family due to the ill health of her owner.
Callie’s owner had been ill for sometime and Callie had not be exercised or socialised for months, we’ve been working hard to bring her round and she’s doing great, although is still very suspicious of strangers – her breed mix is likely a contributing factor too.
Callie has a limp, x-rays have shown that her leg has been broken in the past and not been reset professionally. Pain management has been trialled but we don’t believe she’s in any major discomfort, she might well require arthritis management as she ages. For now, lifestyle management will be important, so no apartment living and not jumping in and out of the car every day either.
Callie is ok with other dogs and cats, she’s used to children but she’s too skittish to be around little ones who shout and scream.
The adoption fee for all dogs is £210.00.
