Mac came to us with another dog due his owner’s ill-health. His owner has been poorly for a time and sadly, as a result, Mac is now considered morbidly obese. With great body weight comes great strength and he’s incredibly strong, our dog trainer will be working on his lead manners while he’s with us and we’ll be working on his diet!
Mac can be quite barky towards people and other dogs when with his companion dog and hasn’t socialised much in recent times but is not dog aggressive. He’s been around children of school age.
Mac is house-trained and crate-trained and has been left for a few hours at a time regularly.
Mac’s new family should be actively willing to help him lose weight with strict portion control and gentle but regular exercise.
The adoption fee for all dogs is £210.00.
