About Ben.
Ben was adopted from the SSPCA last year and sadly a forced house move meant the couple couldn’t keep him, the SSPCA are full right now and so lovely Ben came to us.
He’s a big boy, INCREDIBLY STRONG, he just drags us along like we aren’t even there! But very friendly, loves a ball and likes other dogs too.
This photo is deceptive – and black dogs are notoriously difficult to photograph – but he is a very big boy!
What kind of home do we need for Ben?
A garden would be nice for Ben because he just loves to lay on the grass with all his toys spread around him. It would also be beneficial while you hone your lead walking skills! We mention again his strength – wow!
He’s been around kids of school age so children would be ok, provided they’re pretty resilient as he is a bit of a goofball and might knock them over when he’s excited.
He could live with another dog but not cats.
