Yogi, 1yo Collie

YOGI HAS BEEN RETURNED AS HE AND THE OTHER DOG WERE NOT GETTING ALONG.

Yogi was handed into the Police as a stray, he had clearly been kennelled given his condition.

He’s happy to be handled by the vet and friendly towards new people. He’s not reactive to new dogs and has found a playmate in Tyson our young Beagle, the two play beautifully and happily share toys during play.

Lead manners are not great, he’s clearly just not used to having one on! He is clean in his kennel during the day but can’t hold it in overnight.

What kind of home are we looking for?
Collie experience is advantageous. Collie’s are not for those who want a dog to sit on their mat, they love a job and like to be busy. Yogi is a young dog so someone fit and active would be great!

Yogi will need someone prepared to further his training, he’s a smart cookie but easily distracted. House training might need honing too so it’s probably best someone who isn’t terribly houseproud!

If you’re interested in learning more about Yogi please contact us, you will be required to fill in an adoption application form before visiting the kennels. Applications will close once we find a suitable applicant.
