Timmy arrived with us after his owner passed away. His elderly owners daughter had taken him in but Timmy has never really settled in there. Timmy was imported by Fife Dog Rescue and is of Romanian origin, we have had him tested for Brucellosis for which he is not a carrier.
Timmy is, as many of the Romanian dogs can be, quite timid. He is especially wary of men. Timmy will not approach new people willingly but can be handled safely by staff and vets and is not aggressive.
Timmy walks well on lead but cannot be trusted off lead as he could be very easily spooked.
Timmy’s ok with other dogs, he’s not been around cats but does chase things so probably shouldn’t be rehomed with them. Timmy is frightened of loud noises and therefore children will not suit him either.
