Pip, 2yo Patterdale

Pip was abandoned at the roadside in a rural location, her finders reported her found and tried to keep her along with their dog. Sadly, it was not to be as Pip doesn’t like to share!

Patterdale’s are a high energy breed and are not suited to the lap dog lifestyle, a bored Patterdale will quickly find themselves mischief! Pip is absolutely a Patterdale, give her a squeaky toy and it must die!! She’s a bit shy of new people more so with men. She was happy to be handed by the female vet.

We don’t think she’s been on a lead a lot but isn’t too bad, very interested in sheep and what’s happening in the long grass so recall might be a bit tricky!

We believe she’d be best suited as an only dog, definitely not suited to homes with cats or other furries and as Pip was a stray we will not rehome her to families with children under 12 years of age.
