Theo, 3yo Husky

Theo has now found a home

Theo arrived as a stray, who was tricky to catch! His chip is registered to a person in England who rehomed him a couple of years ago.

He has clearly been living outdoors as his coat is thick and woolly so we’re not sure how house-trained he is. His lead manners are really coming on and once he’s over the initial excitement of a walk, he walks well on lead. He loves meeting new people and was happy to be handled and vaccinated by a vet and will be neutered in due course.

Theo has shown some reactivity towards other dogs here at the kennels.

What kind of home are we looking for for Theo?

Husky offlead reliability is unlikely so a secure, private garden for offlead fun would be advantageous. Being a Husky he will likely chase cats and as we have no history on his suitability, he will not be rehomed with pre-teen children.
