Milo, 2yo Lurcher x Labrador

About Milo

Milo looks like a lanky Lab but doesn’t seem to have many Labrador traits. He’s fully house-trained and can be left for a couple of hours without incident.

Milo came to us as his family are emigrating abroad, he’s been rehomed and sadly returned. We were advised by his first family he was not good with other dogs but this seems to be lead reactivity, off lead he is meeting new dogs here and engages in lovely play. His lead manners are atrocious and even on a walk of an hour long, he’d merrily drag the human along, he needs a lot of help in this department and he’s incredibly strong. He’s lived with children but isn’t keen cats.

What kind of home are we looking for?
A secure garden is essential for Milo. Milo will only return on his terms and is not safe to be off lead in public at this time.

Milo’s lead manners are not great so his new family will need to be fit and strong enough to walk him while he’s learning.
